Apple Standard EULA
Cube Duel Arena is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for applications distributed through the App Store, unless a separate written agreement applies. You can review Apple's Standard EULA here:
Using the App
You may use Cube Duel Arena for personal entertainment, practice, and online cube duels. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with matchmaking, attempt to manipulate scores or rankings, upload unlawful or harmful profile content, or reverse engineer server communications except where permitted by law.
Online Battles and Rankings
Online duel results, points, and leaderboard position are calculated by the service. We may correct, reset, or remove results that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, or harmful to the game community.
Pro Subscription
Cube Duel Arena may offer optional Pro features, such as advanced cube modes, online battle features, themes, or solve tools. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple and your App Store account settings. Pro feature availability may vary by platform, version, and region.
Content and Profile Information
You are responsible for nicknames, avatars, and other profile content you choose to provide. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for the service.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Cube Duel Arena available and reliable, but online features may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, network issues, updates, or events outside our control.
