If you need help, contact the developer through the support channel listed on the App Store product page. When possible, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
For privacy-related requests, please also include the nickname shown in the app and any profile details needed to identify your account.
Common Issues
- Pro features are locked: open the subscription page in the app and use Restore Purchases.
- Online duel cannot connect: check your network connection, then restart the app and try matchmaking again.
- Cube or audio does not behave as expected: update to the latest App Store version and check the settings in the Me tab.
- Leaderboard/profile issue: send your in-app nickname and approximate point total so we can review the server-side profile.
Subscriptions and Billing
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store account page.
